I got my server computer now... now I only need a utp switch and It's ready for a Ragnarok server. (however, I don't know how fast it'll be and how much players I can support)

4gb ram dual core somethingsomething i cant really remember all the specs and i would be happy to host the server but... (let the pic explain)

When I have my little server computer set up, I'll look at speedtest too and post the results here.

Did the speedtest several times and I got:

10-30 Ping
15-25 MB/S download speed (depends if my father is downloading loads of stuff again)
1-1.5 MB/S upload speed

This was done on the server pc I got here next to me (hint)

The answer is yes... however, I do not know how many people on the server it will support.
Because it's not a übah computer, just some quad core with 4gb ram, so I don't know how 'much of computer' I need.
