What faction do you want to join: I like to join Desert
Have you read and do you understand the rules: Yes I have
Why are you interested in Ragnarok: It really is made good way and with good ideas and it needs players and more fun but not griefers.
I saw youtube vid and it was good for trailer.

Read the rules one more time. The "What faction do you wanna join" answer is wrong.

Indeed... you can choose between: Nords, Deserts and Tribes.
Look them up on this forum and see which one fits you best.
